JMC Construction was founded here in 2019 by Julio Lucero. Our shop is on Oak Street, and Northampton is our home market — where most of our referrals start and where we do the widest variety of work, from roofing to interior painting.

Northampton is our home market. JMC Construction is based at 112 Oak Street, ZIP 01062, and most of our referrals start here. The housing stock is Colonials, capes, and additions within a few minutes of the yard. Ice dams along eaves, flashing that failed after a Pioneer Valley thaw, and decks that were never sized for snow load are the usual calls. Julio Lucero founded the crew in 2019; the same people who walk the roof write the estimate. We do not hand the job to a subcontracted roofing or painting crew.
